Stuart Campbell

Stuart started drumming aged 8 with East Kilbride Juve, staying with the band until he Joined the Royal Tank Regiment aged 17 . The choice for the RTR was they have a pipe band . Traveling the world with the band as far as Canada , America and all over Europe performed in many Edinburgh Tattoos .

After leaving the Army Stuart had a few years out playing only to rediscover the passion for drumming joining the Scottish fire pipe band .

Stuart’s current band Uddingston Strathclyde, hold the world champion and champion of champions drum corp 2023 probably the highlight of his drumming career to date. 

Stuart has been a listener of the show since the start and always enjoyed the show. After Rab put the call out for volunteers he thought I'd give it a shot .   

After a full season on the grass pointing his phone at bands, so far all his videos have made it on the show.
